What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic Coaching – also known as Mind-Body Coaching – is a body-centred approach to emotional healing and person growth. It is based on the understanding that our bodies hold stories, patterns and the wisdom that often lies beneath our conscious awareness.
This work is not about fixing or forcing. It is about gently tuning into your body’s cues – breath, sensation, movement, stillness and learning to be with yourself in a new way
